Perhaps Denver will consider the legendary quarterback down the road.The Broncos need help in the personnel department. It might not be a bad idea if they hire a general manager and give him power of all personnel decisions, including the hiring of the next coach. The Chiefs went that route when they hired Scott Pioli two years ago and it's worked out pretty well thus far.
